Traumatized dentist assistant Eni finds refuge in the New York underground community of cosplayers and Burlesque performers in a club named Lost Cos. In this underground scene, heroes and villains blur the line between fantasy and reality. When a cosplayer body washes up on the New Jersey shore it triggers a series of dramatic events that take a toll on Eni. With the line between reality and fantasy are getting harder to define, Eni must face her demons and transform herself into an altogether more formidable force.
