Karina, a frustrated journalist with dreams of becoming a novelist, wins a scholarship to an exclusive writing retreat on a remote English island. The Retreat, run by the mysterious Foundation, trains writers in advanced visualization techniques. Karina discovers she has the rare ability to visualize other places with uncanny accuracy, catching the Foundation’s attention. As she learns the true purpose of the Retreat—to recruit people with remote viewing abilities against their will—Karina must use her newfound talents to escape and outwit the Foundation’s other “far seers.”
