A raw and fascinating portrait of the alienation and despair found in teenagers who have been left to fend for their own emotional purpose. Based on the true crime of fifteen-year old Alyssa Bustamante who murdered her 9-year old neighbor Elizabeth Olten in 2009, and is currently in prison serving a life sentence.
